
Air Astana, the national airline of Kazakhstan, has received a prestigious Five Star Major Airline award from the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This is the third time that Air Astana has received a Five Star award from APEX
Using a five-star scale, nearly one million flights were rated by passengers across more than 600 airlines from around the world. Passengers were also given the opportunity to provide anonymous ratings in five subcategories: seat comfort, cabin service, food and beverage, entertainment, and Wi-Fi.

The APEX Official Airline Ratings™ are independently certified by a professional external auditing company.
